No 1 Charlotte Street, Isle of Islay

Set in the beautiful scenery of Port Ellen in the ‘Queen of the Hebrides’ Islay. This traditional white-fronted hotel is a 2-minute walk from the Port Ellen Ferry Terminal. The B&B can be seen from the ferry on arrival at Port Ellen and offers a wonderful view over Mull of Oa, enhanced with some breathtaking sunsets. Islay boasts excellent hill and coastal walks and opportunities for sea and loch fishing. Admire its outstanding landscapes, superb beaches, and of course its unique malt whiskies!

Public Bar

Access to the public bar is through its own front door on Charlotte Street. It has a pool table and dart boards to keep patrons entertained.  There is also a large screen TV that shows BT sports and a jukebox. Unfortunately, persons under 18 years of age are not permitted within the public bar at any time.

Whisky Bar

The whisky bar is a cosy snug with an open fire that burns logs and peat.  A large range of whisky is available from the local distilleries. Children are welcome in the whisky bar until 9.30 in the evening.
