Coullabus Keepers Cottage – a traditional built detached house located near the RSPB Loch Gruinart Nature Reserve at the north end of the beautiful Isle of Islay. This quiet location gives you the opportunity to enjoy the wildlife on the doorstep.
Despite the rural location the cottage is actually very centrally situated with the villages of Bridgend and Bruichladdich only a ten minute drive by car.
The rural setting and lack of light pollution makes this an ideal location for star gazing. Solar and air-source technologies are used to heat the house and reduce its carbon footprint.
Offering two comfortable rooms for Bed and Breakfast situated on the ground floor
Accommodation
One double and one twin room, both with en-suite and tea/coffee making facilities..
The dining room provides a varied seasonal menu and in the evening you can relax in the guest sitting room and enjoy an open fire and TV.
A wireless Internet connection is available in all rooms. There is ample space for off-road parking for up to 4 cars.
Afternoon tea is available before 5pm and Tea / coffee served on arrival

Home made jams & marmalade , a fresh fruit salad, full Scottish breakfast and a vegetarian option all served in the comfortable dining room.
