In addition, the village shop with post office is literally a minute’s walk away and just over 2 miles along the road is the village of Port Charlotte, which has a shop/post office, two hotels, tearoom, museum and a community centre with cafe, internet access and children’s play park.
Islay’s ‘Capital’ Bowmore is only 9 miles away and here you will find our main supermarket, The Co-op and a variety of shops, hotels, places to eat and a leisure centre.
